I have been guiding yoga classes for the last seven years with a love & respect for building upon strong foundations. I offer a variety of classes that nourish the body & mind; always with the goal to empower my students to cultivate a co-creative relationship between the head & the heart.

I am here to help others find the freedom & release this practice offers so they can comfortably & competently move their bodies through life. Often sharing meditations & poetry as part of my teaching, I provide you with a truly profound experience.

I have called Zen Riot Studio on the Boise Bench my yoga home for over six years, growing into the assistant manager of the studio & co-facilitator of our 200 hour yoga teacher training Lead From the Heart with studio owner, Jenn Crawford.

I am a registered 200hr experienced yoga teacher- meaning I have over 1,000 hours of teaching under my belt; as well as a registered continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance.

Monday Deep Tissue Yin

4:00 - 5:00 PM

This class takes yin a bit deeper, using acupressure & compression with props (tennis balls & blocks). This practice targets muscles & connective tissues to get a deeper release within the body. This release can also activate energetic healing & emotional release as well. Gently guided, we use breath & mindfulness to move into a state of unwinding, relaxation, & relief. All levels welcome.

Monday Power Flow

5:30 - 6:30 PM

This class is great for those looking for a more challenging practice. The class aims to build strength, balance, flexibility, & confidence. Power Flow integrates body & breath awareness by moving through dynamic poses while energetically connecting breath to movement. This class is great for those who have a beginner’s foundation & know basic poses as well as those looking to build strength & endurance into their practice!

Wednesday Feel Good Flow

5:30 - 6:30 PM
Zen Riot Studio

Feel Good Flow offers the student a class using breathwork, strength, & flexibility to help foster a balance between a calm mind & a mobile body. This class offers plenty of time to explore poses to uplift & strengthen students & integrates the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing & a steady breath. Class ends with a gentle cool down with stretches & a sweet moment of relaxation. Modifications & prop suggestions are offered throughout to make it more accessible to all students. All levels welcome.
